2. They are required to bring their children’s Birth Certificates and Grade 6 School Form 10 (Report Card).

Note: For your pre-registration to be successful, send you attachments of Form137/Form 10, Card/Form 138, Photo and Birth Certificate in JPEG or PNG formats. Then, wait for the confirmation message telling you that your submission is successful.
